1. General Questions

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Our factory outlet is located at 12 rue du Dr Jean Thibouméry, 35400 Saint-Malo . It is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm .

Do you offer studio tours?

Yes, every Wednesday at 3pm , we organize a completely free guided tour of our 3D-TEX production workshop.

The reservation is made directly online, via this page on our website.

Are your products unisex?

The vast majority of our products (hats, sweaters, accessories) are unisex . Some models are specifically designed for women or men, but they remain easy to wear as desired.

2. Product Questions

What materials do you use?

We work exclusively with natural and high-quality fibers:

- Merinos

- Kashmir

- Alpaca

- Organic cotton

- French wool

How do I care for my Cézembre products?

- Merino & French wool : hand wash cold or wool cycle. Dry flat.

- Cashmere : delicate wash in cold water (hand wash or wool program). Dry flat, without spinning.

- Alpaca : hand wash, cold water, without rubbing. Dry flat, away from heat sources.

- Organic cotton : machine wash at 30°C, delicate cycle. Air dry.

👉 In all cases, we recommend hand washing and drying your items flat to preserve their shape and softness.

3. Payment questions

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your purchases by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB).

Do you offer payment in installments?

No, we do not offer this option at the moment.

4. Delivery & Returns

What are your delivery times?

We prepare and ship your orders within 2 to 5 business days .

Delivery times then depend on the carrier and your country of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver to France, Europe and internationally .

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached .

👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I be reimbursed?

The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
