Where are your products manufactured?

All our items are manufactured in France at 3D-TEX in a factory that incorporates the very latest seamless manufacturing technologies. 3D has cutting-edge technology with artisanal know-how and particular attention paid to materials and finishes.

What are the delivery times?

Our orders are shipped within 48 business hours and delivered within 3 to 5 business days in mainland France. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.

How do I maintain my product?

Each material has its own specific characteristics. We recommend following the care label instructions and choosing a cold wash or dry cleaning to preserve the quality of your garment.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return or exchange an unworn item in its original packaging. Contact us for return instructions.
